Account management

After you create a NebulaGraph Cloud account, you can manage your account in NebulaGraph Cloud.

Delete your account

You can delete your NebulaGraph Cloud account when you no longer need it. After you delete your account, all your data in NebulaGraph Cloud will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Prerequisites

• All databases under your account are deleted. For more information, see Delete an instance.
• All bills are paid off. For more information, see View your billing details.
• All subscriptions are canceled. For more information, see Cancel your subscriptions.

Steps

1. In NebulaGraph Cloud, click in the upper-right corner and select Account.
2. Click Delete Account.
3. In the dialog, type your email address in the text box to confirm, and click Delete.
